Ground zero

A Tree is known by its fruit

A tree is known by its fruit . Forgiveness is the fruit . Love is the tree . He is the first tree to bear fruit in the garden of the new Eden . On the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection, he forgave us for the evil that we did to him. Ground zero of a proper understanding of God is the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection. He planted the seeds of forgiveness into the hearts of the children of Adam and Eve . The seeds of forgiveness turn into trees of love so that, in the garden of the new Eden, many can enjoy the fruits of love . From him, the garden is encroaching into the Valley of Tears. And the Church is cultivating it.

Jesus was the first drop. He started the process of irrigating the Valley of Tears with love. However, he did not complete it. It is our job to turn the drop into a flood. Jesus planted the seeds of forgiveness into the soil of our hearts (Jeremiah 17:8). The seeds of forgiveness turn into trees of love (Matthew 13:8) so that, in the gardens of the new Eden, many can enjoy the fruits of love (Matthew 13:31-32). The recommendation that Jesus makes to love our enemies (Matthew 5:43-48) is made for our benefit not just for the benefit of our enemies. Love is in our self-interest. Love makes sense. Rational creatures refuse to detonate when the fuse to the bomb of revenge, retaliation and retribution is lit. We reject the temptation to explode. Christians are duds. We are duds because we do not want to self-destruct. We know that we occupy a place within the radius of the blast.
