Christianity is a treasure map for treasure hunters engaged in a treasure hunt

Christianity is a treasure map for treasure hunters engaged in a treasure hunt. A cross marks the spot of the treasure . The treasure of Christianity is the knowledge of God. Jesus transported the knowledge of God from heaven and deposited it into a 'bank' in the Valley of Tears. From the 'bank', Christians withdraw the treasure to distribute it across time and space to the children of Adam and Eve. The primary - not the only - vehicle for the distibution of the treasure is the Mass. Furthermore, Jesus did not deposit the treasure of Christianity directly into the Mass. He used an intermediate depository. The 'bank' that received the deposit directly from Jesus was the byproduct of the violent collision that took place between Jesus and the evil that we did to him on the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection. . The violent collision was bigger than the Big Bang and larger than CERN'S Large Hadron Collider. It illuminated the darkness of our understanding of God in a glorious burst of epiphany. It disclosed the color of divinity. It is the rock to which the wise anchor their understanding of God. The violent collision is the foundation of the Mass. No violent collision; no Mass. No body and blood; no bloody wounds; no transubstantiation. The byproduct of significance that erupted from the violent collision was forgiveness. To know forgiveness is to know God. To practice forgiveness is to be godlike. Our God is different than us and our other gods. Our God is the God who forgave. Grab your shovel. Make your way to the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection. There, stake your claim. Dig up the treasure for yourself. Make yourself rich!
